Here comes the storm...or maybe just rain

We haven't really seen anything so far that is really messed up in the house. Until, in the lavender room, we removed the ceiling fan and had a big surprise. All you can do is laugh at situations like this because if I think about the danger of it ...I panic just a tad.

Let me explain this; If you look to the right of the electrical box you will see the white material. Can you guess what it is? That's right TOILET PAPER! Yes, toilet paper is a great material to stuff in the ceiling next to old wires! Great installation! (sarcasm of course). Luckily, this has been the biggest problem.

News on Simon the cat.

Little did we know the alpha dog, "long live simon," was a picky eater or else maybe he was fasting. I bought him 9 lives cat food that was tuna and egg flavor hmm sounds okay. So I poured it in his bowl, he came prancing like always to his silver thorn, and did what every normal cat does right? He tried the food, I am guessing didnt liked it looked up a me and of course probably was cursing me in his simon language. Probably went something like this..."you imbecile, what is this substance you call cat food, it is sulfur, I should of trained you better you minion now I will show you! I am going to starve myself until you get what I like!" Yes, the alpha dog-cat starved himself. We kept thinking he was eating it, but later I saw him pushing the food out of his bowl a.k.a silver torn with his noise. It stayed like that for two days. I didnt realize he just didnt like the food. Well we bought him chicken flavor last night, he ate a little so i guess we will see if alpha dog-cat likes it.

Ohh what things our friends say now a days!

Lol I must say I do like the idea of slyly plotting with the DJ to skip me but just imagine everyone going haywire, wait wait Kinu was suppose to give one, Kinu was suppose to give one! Karina and aunts concerned bc the co moh hasn't fulfilled her duty of bragging about how wonderful and beautiful this dear friend is to us and has not yet threatened the groom publicly that he better take care of our beloved friend or else! And that he better remember that I know where he lives! Where's Kinu? Where's kinu? Oye mija i jus saw her mija, i jus saw her! Donde esta mija? Ayyy! Esta aca! There she is mija, kinuuuu ven aca mija! Come here come here, it's your turn! Come say something for Karina mija! And there she is. There's that beautiful peacock with her big tail feathers modestly hiding behind the gifts table avoiding all eye contact with the center stage - pretending to rearrange the gifts for the newlyweds for the 100th time in 2 hours. Come on mija, get over here! ..So here she comes, whilst avoiding the spot light (for once in her life) and is now amidst a giant crowd of unfamiliar half smiling faces pondering on what kind of bullshit praise she will be nervously feeding us out of her ass tonight for the next 45 to 60 seconds (which if we all truly know this particular peacock, we know this will really turn into a 10 minute ordeal). The peacock will then blink with a few blank stares into the glittering crowd and timidly shake her beautiful long feathers a few times, hoping it will help her calm her little nerves, before beginning to stutter on a few kind words as the bride continues waiting so anxiously for her friend to spit something out. Knowing the peacock's natural attention span of (SQUIRREL!) .. she will forget who she's even making the speech for and probably tell a 'best friend' story that never even happened. The bride will then proceed to have a blank look on her face and whisper dubiously to her knight and shining armor that she doesn't think she remembers that instance. Dont you worry my dear bride friend, youre not going crazy - truth is you're right, it never actually happened. At that moment, the teal peacock's Gemini twin (the blue one) will kick in, and will continuously laugh at her own story to hopefully trick people into thinking it really is funny and after a bit of polite laughter from the crowd, we will hear nothing but awkward crickets in the background. As the embarrassed peacock shakes her little feathers and prepares to fly away forever, she will then kindly thank everyone for their time and awkwardly wish the newly weds an endlessly happy life - making it sound as though she will never speak to them again bc well, to be quite frank - this may just be the case. In fact, I firmly believe it will be the case. And off she goes, goodbye dear friends! Til next time..knowing there will be no next time.

...oh but wait, the peacock is back. Silly peacock - did you forget? You don't fly.
